Holiday weekends require a minimum stay.
Policies
Deposits:
  • A 50% deposit is necessary to confirm a reservation.
  • Payment in full required for all one night stay reservations.
  • Major credit cards accepted
Pet policy:
  • Small dogs (25lb. max.) are welcome with prior management approval. $25.00 per night will be charged.
Cancellations:
  • Due to our limited number of rooms, cancellations affect us significantly.
    Thus, our cancellation policy is strictly upheld.
    We request that if you should need to cancel you give us 21 days notice, prior to your arrival. We will gladly refund your deposit, minus a 20% cancellation fee.
    If cancellations is received after the 21 day period, refunds will be given (minus the 20% cancellation fee) ONLY if we are able to rebook the entire reservations for the same period.
